How soon will I receive my order?

All orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday are sent via tracked and insured courier for next working day delivery.

Trade in - When will I receive my payment?

We’ll review the condition of the device sent to us on the day it is received. Providing the device matches the condition described, we will aim to make payment the same day.

If the device received does not match the description, we will contact you with a revised price and either return your device (at your cost) or pay the revised amount.

How can I return an item?

All our devices come with 12 months warranty (unless stated) and should your device not meet our expected standards we will repair the device.

This does not cover wear and tear or damage.

Do you supply wholesalers?

Yes, we are able to provide high volumes of stock to other wholesalers or traders.

How do you set up smart sockets?

We have a variety of user manuals and instructions available to support you in setting up your smart home.

What's in the box?

All LecWorx renewed devices are supplied in a generic box with a genuine manufacturer charger, cable and sim removal tool.
