Condition Guide
Understanding what renewed phone conditions actually mean isn’t always easy. Whether you’re after a like-new device or something more budget-friendly, we’ve got options for every need.
-
Grade A - Excellent
A good-as-new-phone but for a second-hand price. Grade A, or excellent, means you can expect that any signs of usage are in the form of very minor marks to the LCD or casing.
-
Grade B - Very Good
The perfect balance between quality and price. With a Grade B phone, you can expect to see light-moderate signs of use upon very close inspection, but no deep scratches or dents.
-
Grade C - Fair
Our most cost-effective way to buy refurbished. Signs of usage will be more visible in the form of scratches or chips, but the device won’t have any large dents or cracks to the LCD or chassis.
