Warranty T&Cs

If a product is found to be faulty or defective within 12 months of purchase, LecWorx will offer a free repair or replacement.

The returns policy covers manufacturer faults only and does not cover the following. If the device is found to have any of the following issues, the warranty would then be considered to be void.

  • Liquid damage
  • Intentional damage
  • Dropping or mistreatment
  • Self-repair or third party attempts
  • Cracks/breaks
  • Improper use of accessories
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Acceptable battery depletion
  • Jailbroken
  • Screen burn
  • Battery life – Our minimum battery health percentage is 80%
